God does not give His love in dribs and drabs. He lavishes it on us when we come to Him in faith. All along, He was waiting to make us His children, and we were the ones who resisted.
But once we face Him as children, God's love lets loose in our lives. Nothing is too good for His obedient children. Praise God that He loves you that much!
Whether sixty or sixteen, there is in every human being's heart the love of wonder, the sweet amazement at the stars and starlike things, the undaunted challenge of events, the unfailing childlike appetite for what-next, and the joy of the game of living.
Every
breath we breathe comes from God. Every step we take is a gift from
our Creator. We can do nothing apart from Him. In the same sense,
every joy, every sorrow... God goes through each one with us. His heart
is for us. We can experience joy in our everyday lives, even when
things aren't going our way. We simply have to remember that He is in
control. We have our being... in Him!- Janice Hanna -
Rest
is not idleness, and to lie sometimes on the grass under the trees on a
summer's day, listening to the murmur of the water or watching the
clouds float across the sky, is by no means a waste of time.
There is something satisfying, rejuvenating, comforting about the seasons. They remind me that I play one small part in a much bigger picture - that there is a pulse, a sequence, a journey set into motion by the very hand of God Himself.
When you love the Lord and recognize His great
love for you, it's easy to be joyful! Think of His marvelous deeds.
Relish His overwhelming love for His children. Recognize His daily
blessings. Oh, may we never forget that the Lord our God longs for us
to see the depth of His love for us... and to love Him fully in return.
Never lose an opportunity of seeing anything
that is beautiful; for beauty is God's handwriting - a wayside
sacrament. Welcome it in every face, in every fair sky, in every fair
flower, and thank God for it as a cup of blessing.
Happiness is a sunbeam... When it strikes a
kindred heart, like the converged lights upon a mirror, it reflects
itself with redoubled brightness. It is not perfected until it is
shared.
Life is what we are alive to. It is not length but breadth... Be alive to... goodness, kindness, purity, love, history, poetry, music, flowers, stars, God, and eternal hope.
The best things in life are nearest : breath in your nostrils, light in your eyes, flowers at your feet, duties at your hand, the path of God just before you.
Into many lives, in many simple, familiar, homely ways, God infuses this element of joy from the surprises of life, which unexpectedly brighten our days and fill our eyes with light.
There's not a tint that paints the rose Or decks the lily fair, Or marks the humblest flower that grows, But God has placed it there... There's not a place on earth's vast round, In oceans deep or air, Where love and beauty are not found, For God is everywhere.
Happiness consists more in small conveniences or pleasures that occur every day, than in great pieces of good fortune that happen but seldom to a man in the course of his life.
God gives us everything we need to make it through life. He teaches us His ways. Fills us with His joy. Gives us the pleasure of meeting with Him for times of intimate worship. What an awesome teacher and friend. He takes us by the hand and gently leads us... from experience to experience... joy to joy.
Lord, make me an instrument of Your peace. Where there is hatred, let me bring love. Where there is offence, forgiveness. Where there is discord, reconciliation. Where there is doubt, faith. Where there is despair, faith. Where there is sadness, joy. Where there is darkness, Your light.
The splendour of the rose and the whiteness of the lily do not rob the little violet of its scent nor the daisy of its simple charm. If every tiny flower wanted to be a rose, Spring would lose its loveliness.
O Lord, take my love, and let it flow in fullness of devotion to Thee; O Lord, take my hands, and let them work incessantly for Thee; O Lord, take my soul, and let it be merged in One with Thee; O Lord, take my mind and thoughts, and let them be in tune with Thee; O Lord, take my everything, and let me be an instrument to work for Thee.

Baba & I 峇峇与我' - Interview with Sister Adeline Teh (Malaysia)
Loving Sai Rams to everyone.... Welcome to our non-profit spiritual blog which celebrates the universal teachings of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba in inspirational forms of art and literature.
After almost 20 years of active seva (service) - creating and sharing graphic art inspired by Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba - I now find myself in a quieter space of inward reflection. The urge to constantly 'do' has gently dissolved into simply 'being'.
This Sai Divine Inspirations page in Blogspot will continue to share Swami's love and messages through scheduled posts as long as the platform exists, but my role has shifted from outward expression to silent presence. I remain deeply devoted, but will be less visible in the spiritual community.
May these offerings of love from my heart continue to inspire, uplift, and serve all... as they were always meant to.
All is His will. All is His work. All is His Love.
Om Sai Ram and May Swami bless everyone...
With Much Gratitude,
